We will be hosting Monthly Food Preserving Hands-On Workshops---Enrollment for these Hands-On Workshops will be limited to 16 participants...so be on the lookout for enrollment information
About this Workshop:
EAT! and the Cities of Norco & Riverside are proud to partner with the UC Master Food Preserver Program for this Hands-On Workshop focussing on Pickling Processes & Techniques. This is an interactive workshop designed to explore the concepts and techniques introduced during the Introduction to Food Preservation Techniques Workshops.
**THERE WILL BE 16 SPOTS AVAILABLE FOR THIS WORKSHOP--participants will have previously attended one of our INTRODUCTION TO FOOD PRESERVATION TECHNIQUES WORKSHOPS

The UC Master Food Preserver Program’s mission is to keep Californians safe and well as they use culturally appropriate, research-based practices to safely preserve food in the home, reducing food waste, increasing food security, and providing engaging ways for Californians to explore healthy food.
