About this Workshop:
EAT! and the Cities of Norco & Riverside are proud to partner with Pastura California and Shady Acre Farm for this Hands-On Workshop. The Meat Bird Processing Workshop is a Fully-Immersive Experience designed to provide participants with the opportunity to explore & implement the knowledge and skillset needed to successfully navigate the meat bird processing experience from clucking-to-cooking.
